Let me start off with a great, big "Hats off!" to all the loving and supportive fathers out there. Thank you for your creative efforts to solve all of life's problems, both little and big.
This order was for a friend whose father tackles the over-population of squirrels in their back yard by trapping them, and then releasing them on Stanford campus. Lovingly dubbed "The Greenwood Scholarship Program," the squirrels' university experience has become a running joke within the family.

Everything about this cake makes me smile! I love how the squirrels are surrounded by walnuts and that the one little guy is eating frosting. He looks a little guilty methinks. :-)
