While I'm happy to report that business is doing so well, it has facilitated some much needed development of the order-placing process. So! In order to keep everyone's schedules manageable, here is the new policy for placing orders:

2-week minimum notice:

* Required for all cake orders up to 24 servings; Cupcake orders up to 4 dozen. (This does not include wedding cakes.)

* Payment in full will be due 1 week from the day you place your order instead of a deposit. (50% non-refundable.)

* There is a 1-dozen minimum on all cupcake orders. Cupcakes are available by the dozen.

4-week minimum notice:

* Required for all cake orders between 25-100 servings; Cupcakes orders of 5-10 dozen. (This does not include wedding cakes.)

*A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all orders 1 week from the day you place your order. Payment in full will be due no later than 2 weeks before your event.

* There is a 1-dozen minimum on all cupcake orders. Cupcakes are available by the dozen.

2-month minimum notice:

* Required for all cake orders more than 100 servings; Wedding cakes up to 200 servings.

*A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all orders 1 week from the day you place your order. Payment in full will be due no later than 1 month before your event.

Deposits/Cancellation:

* All deposits are non-refundable.

* You may cancel your order anytime before a deposit is made. Once a deposit is made, it is not refundable.

* Orders that have been paid in full may be refunded (less the non-refundable deposit) if cancelled at least 1-week prior to your event date.

* Orders cancelled less than 1 week prior to their event date are not eligible for refund.
