This was one of my all time favorite projects. But it was so huge, took so much planning, and my brain was so fried by the end of it, I completely forgot to post about it. Until 2 months after the fact.
Keri and her fiancé, Nickolai, are avid hikers. For their wedding, they requested chocolate, red velvet, and lemon cakes, each themed after one of their most memorable trips to a national park.
