All too often, the ones we love the most are the ones who bear the brunt of our indiscretions. The last time I wrote to you, I went on and on about how much I wanted to build and maintain our relationship. And for half a second, I kept my promise to you. Alas, my efforts were fleeting.

My sweet, neglected blog.
I really do love you. You have been with me through thick and thin. You have watched me grow, and never forsaken me in the dark hours of that order I should not have taken... Those photos that were deleted forever, in hopes of erasing that horrid memory... Or that time I tried to turn you into a "legitimate" website, because "no one reads a blog..." You don't judge me for those mistakes. You continue to forgive me, time and time again for the wrongs I have committed against you.
For your loyalty and patience, I thank you. I owe you more than I have given you, dear blog. You are a soulful part of me, and I want to show you that I can do better. I will do better. I will do better, because you deserve it!
